The Hasselblad 500 CM is a medium format film SLR which was produced in Sweden in 1957 by Victor Hasselblad.
The camera came with a 12 shot magazine for 120 films.

Their camera had been chosen by NASA for use in space, although not without modifications further showing its robustness, the cameras were left on the moon due to their weight.
